HIGH EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY 

Definition of a request and determination of operational tasks

The main goal of a corporate event and team building is personal growth, improving team communication, and scaling a company’s outcome indicators. The preparatory stage of tasks definition is conducted by a team of experienced psychologists and highly qualified coaches.

Programming

This stage involves determining the fitness level of the participants and evaluating their emotional and stress resistance. The event program is created based on the obtained results and the assigned tasks. If necessary, recommendations for preparation are provided.

Selection and approval of location

Depending on the goals set, participants’ readiness  and their preferences, the event is planned and executed step by step. The duration, logistics, transportation, equipment, food, training, and entertainment program are determined.

  • Climbers and mountain guides of the highest category (with climbing experience of at least 5 years and a minimum 3 years leading groups on ascents)
