Five tips for a successful event

All events, regardless of their theme or format, are united by the most important thing - people. All events are created for people, and that is why it is crucial to pay attention to understanding the true needs of guests and the expectations of clients. And in this case, one follows from the other. To meet the customer's expectation, it is important to analyze the satisfaction of guests' needs that will lead to this result.

There are several basic rules, compliance with which will give you at least 70% success.

1. When you create events for people, think about people

Play the scenario of this day, this event dozens of times! Event planning is firstly the creation of a structural framework for an important occasion. Important for a company, state or one person, in any case, you become the link that increases efficiency or creates a real magic. You are literally making a significant contribution to people's lives! Remember this, let this be your mission and then every decision will reflect this idea and will be aimed specifically at the well-being of each guest.

And since you work with people and for people, the easiest way is to base the preliminary work on Maslow's pyramid of human needs.

2. Start with the basic physiological needs of guests

• Convenient logistics of the venue (availability of easy-to-read signs, efficient seating system, direct the crowd, brief the hostesses to give efficient directions, etc.)

• Easy access to exits, sanitary areas, drinks, etc.

• Good quality food. Make sure that the menu is in line with current food trends and in accordance with the preference of the guests and the region of the event. If possible, exclude especially allergenic components, segments such as lactose-free products, vegetarian dishes, etc. should also be taken into account.

• Make sure that the air conditioning, fire safety systems are working property. Check escape routes. All emergency doors must be in good working order. Of course, legally, this is not your responsibility, but from a moral point of view, you must take care of the safety of your guests.

3. Sincerely love and care for your guests

Surround your guests with invisible attention, engage them with the details. The details are the crucial part of planning. After analyzing the program and the timings, make sure that all guests feel their involvement in the process, appreciated and comfortable. Take into account the age groups and possible/potential hobbies of the guests.

4. Transform your event into a treasure box

Try to add intellectual elements, interesting facts that come in tune with the theme of the event or history in general. This can be done in the form of videos, notepads on tables, and even serving dishes. Add as many elements as possible that will create the desire to touch, consider, and therefore will present new topics of conversation for the guests

5 Remember the 5 senses

The aesthetic components of the event, its style and concept shown in detail become the hallmark of the event! However, it is worth paying special attention to the fact that human perception is based on other factors as well as visuals. Sound accompaniment, aromas, textures, tastes - all this has a much more subtle and at the same time deep meaning.

taking into account the guest list, think over playlists that cause a very bright associative array, add “taste from childhood” in the dishes and choose the most suitable decor, table setting and upholstery.

Every time you think about the details, think that maybe someone, thanks to you, will feel better, make a good deal, start a profitable partnership, return home in a good mood and your goodness and spiritual generosity will continue in the form of a positivity in this person! This is true professionalism and true spiritual wealth. Strive to create not only the most beautiful and luxurious events, strive to create events that make people a little happier, and therefore create a better world!
